Talks · Leadership & human factors
Talks that change how people see error, decision-making and leadership.
For your conventions, executive seminars and conferences: lively talks drawing on real examples from aviation, space, emergency services, healthcare and business, up to meetings with astronauts.
Above all, the audience takes part: attention experiments, communication exercises, live polls. Your teams don’t just listen, they experience the subject.
Our topics
Six talks, one common thread: people at the heart of performance.
Each talk is adapted to your sector, your audience and the message you want to convey.

Attention, tunnel vision, workload: the mechanisms that trap the best, and what lets a team catch them.
✈️
Leadership under pressure: what the cockpit teaches leaders
Authority gradient, division of roles, shared decision-making: 45 years of aviation experience applied to management.
🗣️
Speaking up, listening well
Psychological safety, or why the best teams are those where people can say “I don’t know” or “I got it wrong”.
🧭
Deciding without knowing everything
What crisis cells and companies that reacted in time teach us about decision-making under uncertainty.
📡
Critical communication: from the control tower to the open-plan office
Read-back, closed loop, short messages: pilots’ techniques to make sure information is truly understood.
🛟
When the team saves the day
Real cases where soft skills made the difference, in flight, in the operating theatre, on the factory floor and in business.
Exceptional speakers
Astronauts and people who have lived through the extreme.
For your major events, we bring in extraordinary speakers, such as astronauts, and build with them a talk connected to your challenges: deciding under pressure, working as a crew, going the distance.
- A talk prepared with you, not a generic speech
- Direct exchange with the audience
- An experience to live afterwards: simulator, serious game or workshop
Small groups
Human factors, close to your teams.
For an executive committee, a management team or a seminar in a meeting room: a human factors talk given by our team, or with experts we bring in for your sector.
- Communication, decision-making, stress management, teamwork
- Real cases and experiments lived by the room
- A format that leaves real room for discussion
