Immersive experiences for leaders & teams
Live the decision. Feel the cooperation. Reveal leadership.
A serious game is an immersive experience that uses the mechanics of play to serve a real professional goal. Your teams face concrete situations, make decisions under pressure and immediately see the consequences.
“You can discover more about a person in an hour of play than in a year of conversation.” — attributed to Plato
📍 Based in France, we travel anywhere, in France and internationally, with all the equipment: seminars, conventions, corporate events.
3immersive scenarios inspired by high-risk professions
10–25participants per session
8groups possible per day
1,000+employees trained for a single client in just a few days
Understanding serious games
Learning by doing, not by listening.
We remember and apply what we have lived far better than what we have simply heard. This is the experiential learning cycle: experience → reflection → understanding → practice.
The game creates a realistic problem situation, with its constraints, surprises and stakes. Participants have no time to “play a part”: they react the way they really react. That is what makes the debriefing so rich.
Briefing & roles
Mission context, objectives, psychological safety rules. Everyone receives a role, partial information and responsibilities.
15 min
Immersion
The scenario unfolds in real time. The facilitator injects events: breakdowns, conflicting information, emergencies…
45–75 min
Structured debriefing
A review of the facts, decisions and interactions. We analyse behaviours, never people.
30–45 min
Transfer to work
Each team identifies 2 or 3 concrete commitments to apply from the very next day.

More than team building. Team building creates bonds; a serious game creates meaning — and operational results. The playful side lowers defences; the serious side guarantees learning.

Soft skills
The skills that make the difference when things get complicated.
Soft skills are the behaviours that allow people to work effectively together and adapt to the unexpected. Hard to assess in an interview, almost impossible to teach in a classroom: serious games make them visible, observable and trainable.
🗣️
Communication
Speaking clearly, checking understanding, daring to say when something is wrong.
🧠
Decision-making
Deciding fast with incomplete information, then revising as the situation evolves.
🎖️
Leadership
Setting direction, allocating roles, supporting the team — and deferring to someone else’s expertise.
🧩
Cooperation
Sharing information, helping spontaneously, accepting interdependence.
🌡️
Stress management
Recognising overload signals, staying clear-headed, avoiding tunnel vision.
📋
Prioritisation
Telling the urgent from the important, sequencing, accepting you can’t do everything.
🔄
Adaptability
Bouncing back when the unexpected happens, changing plans without losing cohesion.
👁️
Situational awareness
Perceive, understand, anticipate: see it coming rather than suffer it.
Why a serious game?
Six concrete levers for HR and leadership teams.
Serious games work where traditional formats struggle to change practices.
🎯
Learning that sticks
We remember what we live. From concept to action: the skill becomes a reflex.
🧭
Revealing behaviours
Pressure, uncertainty, real interactions: who speaks up, who stays silent, who decides.
🤝
Boosting collective intelligence
The mission only succeeds if the team decides and cooperates better than any individual alone.
⚡
Emotional impact
People remember a mission, not a slide deck. Emotion drives buy-in to change.
📊
Measure & progress
Observation grids, mission indicators, structured debriefing: actionable development priorities.
🚀
A different way to engage
An innovative, rewarding experience that strengthens your employer brand.

Questions you may be asking.
Do participants need any knowledge of aviation or crisis management?
No. The scenarios are designed for non-specialists: everything is explained during the briefing. The setting is just a playing field; what matters is human behaviour.
Are participants assessed individually?
Not by default. Observation focuses on team dynamics. Individual feedback can be offered as part of a development programme, only with participants’ consent.
How is it different from an escape room?
An escape room is entertainment. A serious game develops skills: its events are designed to bring out specific behaviours, and it is always followed by a structured debriefing.
Can you create a game specific to our organisation?
Yes, that is our custom creation offer: a brand-new game built on your content and your premises.
